Local First Arizona's Community Kitchens are available to food entrepreneurs looking to grow their business in need of a fully equipped and licensed space. The two-year incubation program is designed to take a business from early operating stages to a full-fledged revenue generating business. Entrepreneurs are supported by a team of food industry experts and a community of other food entrepreneurs.

Pricing & Availability

Lease options: hourly

Pricing: First Year of Incubation: $10 per hour (minimum of 12 hours per month). Second Year: $14 per hour (minimum of 12 hours per month). One dry-goods shelf and one refrigerator shelf included. Additional storage shelf: $25 monthly per shelf if space is permitted. Rent paid at start of each month for the prior month, based on usage, payable online.

Availability: Time is reserved on a shared calendar open to all entrepreneurs. The space is shared so you'll be working alongside other entrepreneurs. Mesa and Glendale locations open seven days a week 6 a.m. - 10 p.m. Maryvale location open six days a week (Monday thru Saturday) 8:30 a.m. - 9:00 p.m. Access before or after these times may be arranged with the kitchen manager. Applications reviewed and interviews scheduled once space is available in one of the community kitchens. Interview months: January, April, July & October of each year.
