fantastic, fully equipped space that's perfect for my catering projects. The facility is clean and professional, and the owners have a supportive culture that truly helps businesses thrive. Perfect place for small business owners and aspiring chefs to grow and succeed. Im so glad I found this place, looking forward to a long partnership!
I wanted to express how wonderful B L T kitchen has been for me. Anytime I need help or any concerns I always got the help from the staff. Baron, Mike, Kyle and Scotty are the Best!! I appreciate everything they all do for our kitchen staying clean and everything working and clean. Thank you to all of you for your amazing work!!!!
OK. How do I keep this brief... The actual owners here, husband and wife, seem like really good people. When I have been able to actually reach them and speak directly I have left with a renewed feeling of "OK things may actually improve with these two at the helm" UNFORTUNATELY this doesnt seem to be the full story. Perhaps its due to early overexpansion, or maybe its because they are really bad at hiring and keeping watch over their managers (yes, someone needs to watch your managers. You need a damn general manager to avoid inevitable corruption issues) or BOTH but it is a disaster here. They run a shared kitchen with like fifteen companies under their belt. I have worked for several of them part-time and in each case I was left scratching my head when I could not for the life of me figure out what these managers actually DO. They will literally not even respond half of the time. The employees underneath them all warn you immediately that stuff happens and certain guys just get away with everything. I can assure you this is the case. Personally experienced it ad-nauseum. No matter how much you try to communicate with these guys nothing is ever done about it. You guys have middle management issues like no other and it is going to absolutely hamstring your entire business. These guys you hire only care about protecting their position of comfort and authority at the expense of everyone around them. Good luck with that.
Brought my nephew to do an interview here on Friday told him to come back Monday. We came back Today just to tell him come back tomorrow “Tuesday” even though there’s an open interview sign on the build saying Monday- Friday 9am-3pm. So clearly y’all ain’t doing no interviews or hiring people. Keep on doing the running around with people like this. Smh
Answered all my questions and very helpful!
