Diving into the catering world for the first time, we faced our share of challenges, but working with KT Kitchen was the smoothest part of our journey. The staff was incredibly helpful, patient, and truly supportive—especially during our long permitting process. I met with the owner of this kitchen once. I explained my situation that I am a new food truck and I would only require the minimum amount of monthly hours. John (owner) said his minimum per month is 15 hours, but for me he would drop the minimum to 10 monthly hours to help out. The next day I tried contacting John to get the necessary forms signed for the health department. It took him 7 days to sign the documents and return them back to me. When I asked why it‘s taking so long, John’s response was “ because I’m not making any money off this deal”. I could not believe his response when it was completely his idea to drop the minimum hours. Only to use it against me? I asked for a refund.. only to receive nothing at all from John! $300 security deposit for a kitchen I’ve only had the chance to tour once. Idk if he treats everyone this way or if it was just me, but please be cautious of this business.

Massive kitchen, great people, friendly staff. Manager is well rounded and seasoned in the business and culinary worlds. Couldn't ask/look for a better place to not only conduct business but make great network contacts.

The kitchen was dirty on the day we went in for inspection. Grease covered the sinks. Food all over table tops. Took me hour to clean. Too many people using stove cross contamination. Only 1 person used the calendar they have so you know how many people are going to be there the time you sign up for.
