Hop Barons kitchen is home to my business, Wildflour Bakehouse, and BY FAR one of the nicest kitchen spaces I’ve ever worked in. It’s the perfect combination of a commercial kitchen with a homey feel. On top of always being impeccably clean, it is stocked with all you could ever need, no matter what type of food your preparing, from a commercial sized mixer to smoker ovens! The pricing is incredible, especially for its location and offerings. It even has a separate dining area with beautiful farmhouse tables, plus dishes and serving ware! It’s the perfect venue for small gatherings, cooking classes, and more! Chris and Jason, the owners, are amazing to work with, and so supportive of all the small businesses that rent their space, as well as the community. After 13 years of being a pastry chef, I decided to take the plunge and start my own business, and I couldn’t have done it without them! Plus they have created a badass line of hops based BBQ rubs that are TO DIE FOR. This place is amazing! The kitchen had everything we needed. Having access to a commercial kitchen made it possible for us to cook 125 quarts of our signature soup for the Wayne County Library fundraiser. The clean and spacious work area is a great solution for anyone needing extra room for their cooking and baking. Thanks to Hop Barons for being a community committed business in Honesdale.

We rented the kitchen for our daughters birthday celebration, a pasta making class with about a dozen kids. Jay and Chris were fantastic to work with - accommodating, timely in responses, etc. The space has a great environment - with the bonus of being clean, organized, and stocked with equipment. We loved our experience - and highly recommend this amazing place! Very thankful this team brought this wonderful space to our community!

I hosted my partner's birthday party here over the weekend, any questions I had were answered promptly, the price is phenomenal, and the space is lovely! I will absolutely be using this space in the future for more events!
