Amazing space for a food-based business! I joined this space a little over a month ago, and Brett was very helpful and he made the process for joining so easy-- he walked me through each step of the process (filling out the application, preparing for the health inspection, and signing up to use the space). A few things I love about this space include: it is clean, well lit (nice big windows that make content creating creation fun) spacious, budget friendly (especially for businesses just starting out), and on-site parking is available.

All industrial equipment and storage areas are very well maintained. Brett, who runs the show, is very responsive and there every step of the way to make sure you can utilize this space to its maximum potential. Flexible scheduling and an hourly rate vs a restrictive weekly/monthly time slot lends to those on par with the industry standard of operating when ever possible. It doesn't hurt Altkitchen is housed with some of Phillys culinary best- Caphe Roasters, Kismet Bagels, 1-900 Ice Cream just to name a few.

Sharked kitchen space with easy parking, access, and tons of specialized equipment like blast chillers and huge walk-ins. Perfect for a startup looking for flexible cooking space.
