Frontier Kitchen

Frontier kitchen is a great place for food truck/Catering companies like mine. They provide all facilities and services that are needed for a small business to grow. They have a wonderful team that manages the facility. The facility offers clean, well equipped kitchen and storage spaces. Flexible membership options and you can work anytime in the kitchen(based on your membership). They also provide online resources/portals to enhance your business. Overall I will recommend Frontier Kitchen for any small business in food industry.

I have had great experiences with the staff at Frontier Kitchen. They helped get me set up, and walked me through the VDACS paperwork to a degree that my entire operation was approved with just one edit, and only one inspection! Literally the only complaint I have is that some of the outlets in the kitchen don't work, but there are many, and most of them do. But the point is, if this is the only problem I have with a kitchen like this, you can imagine how well everything else goes with the service. Being allowed in and out on my schedule is a great advantage to the odd hours I work, and having an inspected kitchen to do my work in any time has been exactly what my spice business has needed to get off the ground!

Frontier Kitchen is an unscrupulous, predatory, LLC that seeks to take advantage of small to medium sized start-up businesses. It is a financial pitfall to begin your operations out of this slumlord like establishment. I am taking them to court over their petty games and being continually intimated with legal fees. See the other 1star review for accurate ratings. Many of the other reviews are by the owners and staff of the establishment.

Frontier Kitchen charges way too much for the "services" they provide. They were not helpful in providing guidance in licensure and networking connections, as promised for their hefty fee. FK has done nothing in the way of customer service, even when a complaint was made directly. I would not recommend FK to anyone in search of a commissary for their food truck/catering business.

Frankly, one of the best experiences with a commercial kitchen. Excellent facility with knowledgeable representatives. Their sales people are awesome and really do their best to get your business.
