The facilities consist of three interconnected work rooms and an event room available for simultaneous use with any reservation. In addition to on-demand use of facilities, they offer services including catering equipment rental, member networking, business consulting, and group purchasing discounts to help food businesses grow.

Cold Pack Plans: Spot Use $28/hour, Prepaid Tier 1 $16/hour (minimum 15 hours/month), Prepaid Tier 2 $13/hour (minimum 30 hours/month). Base Station Plans: Spot Use $25/day, Monthly $300/month, Kitchen Plus $15/session, Kitchen Plus Monthly $50/month. Mobile permit fee $300/season (applied as credit toward base station usage).

Availability: Available for use 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to members. Pay as you go self-scheduling or flexible recurring reservation options available. Change plans anytime. No long-term contracts, termination fees or other surprises.
