Dragonfly Hill Farm and Kitchen

I love Dragonfly! I use their garlic-salt-pepper grinder daily. It’s delicious and such an easy addition to so many dishes, from eggs in the morning to almost any dinner. And I’ve also used their black garlic paste to make delicious sauces! I mix it with a little olive oil, sesame oil, and a dash of rice vinegar, then heat it on the stove as I whisk it together. So good! Can’t wait to try more of their products. I visit their stand at the Emmaus farmers markets on Sunday morning and they’re all so friendly, too!

Willing to edit this if anything changes… I’ve been looking forward to buying garlic here for about a year now, but, whenever I called to make an appointment, no one answers the phone. The hours are also not listed, so I drove to the area just to see if it would be possible to stop in. However, it looks like someone’s private residence, so I decided not to request entry at the gate. Was hoping to buy an assortment of garlic for a few family members as Christmas gifts, but that’s a no-go. Writing this review so that no one else wastes their time. It’s a real bummer because the reviews here and the website make them seem legit. Wasn’t even sure I was at the right place. More signage would be helpful if they are still in business. Love supporting small businesses and purchasing specialty items… just frustrated that it isn’t working out with Dragonfly Hill so far.

Today myself and my family went to the Wrightstown farmers market. I saw GARLIC and I was instantly drawn to their tent! They had so many garlic items 2 of my favorites were the BLACK GARLIC BUTTER & BLACK GARLIC ICE CREAM! Don't believe me? Try it for yourself. The man who helped me was extremely knowledgeable as well as kind. I'll look for you guys again the next time I'm at the market. I'll also bring a cooler so I can get a few of the ice creams!

I LOVE this garlic. So flavorful and easy to use. I had never tried dried sliced garlic before and now I’ll probably never go back to fresh. It’s so nice to not worry about mushy garlic, peeling, and chopping. Just hydrate for a minute and use like normal garlic. Wonderful!!

I would never make a very good vampire because I eat, sleep, and breathe garlic. I thought all garlic was the same until my whole world was turned upside down upon experiencing how DELICIOUS Dragonfly Hill Farm & Kitchen garlic was. It was like tasting garlic planted by God herself. 15/10 will never use another garlic again. You could trick someone into thinking you're a Michelin star chef just by using this garlic in your dish.
