The 460 square foot kitchen is equipped for menu R&D, pop-ups, catering, chef-driven events, and small-scale food production. More than a dozen small food producers operate out of MidCity Kitchen, each licensed through the Minnesota Department of Agriculture or the Minnesota Department of Health.
