Dots Gray Kitchen

I don't even know how to start this review because I had such a blast working with Jean, Shari, and Sara. My partner and I were having a hard time finding a caterer for our wedding that shared our "local food first" value system. Butcher Salt Food Truck at Dots Gray Kitchen exceeded all of our expectations. From our intimate COVID friendly tasting to our 22 person mini wedding at The Neu Neu, everything was absolutely perfect and well thought out. We had picky eaters & VERY particular drinkers (thank you Sara and the "wine guy" haha) BUT at the end of the night everyone remembered the food. Commenting on the perfect snap of the green beans (yes, that was an actual quote) to the INSANELY GOOD tacos, each person had a favorite bite. We asked for a wide array of food choices because heck, we were getting married and we wanted tacos (knowing most of my fam would not be down for that haha, we picked a very tender pork dish as well)! I also ate the best sour cherry pie I've ever had. That is my favorite dessert and they nailed it. Thank you for everything, truly. What an awesome night. (We are eating that infamous sour cherry pie in the photo!)

We love Dot's Gray! And their food truck, Butcher Salt!! We already loved the food at Dot's Gray, so we hired their food truck to cater our wedding. Everything was incredible! Their food was AMAZING as always, and our guests were honestly shocked at how good the meal was -- people kept coming up to tell us that! We had 200 guests and the food quality was never diminished and their service was very efficient. Portions are also large! Furthermore, their staff was so friendly and accommodating --- from the sales manager to the lead chefs to the crew serving on our wedding day everyone was so kind and helpful. As a professional wedding planner myself, I highly recommend Butcher Salt!

They serve the most amazing pancake breakfast burritos I've ever had the pleasure of eating in my whole entire life!!! I haven't even tried the dumplings that they're known for yet...I can't wait though😝

I cannot say enough about Shari and Jean and their amazing place! We hosted our Rehearsal Dinner at Dots Gray and they worked with us to customize a menu and make sure everything was how we wanted it! On the day off the team crushed it and the atmosphere was AMAZING!!
