There is an older man here (at least as of 2021) who does mexican food catering and is a SCAMMER. DO NOT work with him! He appears very nice and seems to want to work with you, but after he takes a down payment and signs a contract with you. He cancels on you and the contract downpayment is nonrefundable. He stops answering calls. He then threatens to sue you when you try to keep contacting his business. Please DO NOT WORK WITH HIM. I want to spread the message and not have him take other people's money. If anyone knows his business or whereabouts please let me know. I am willing to take action. I will not forget this. He took $500 from my poor neice and nephew
It is a shame how this is supposed to be a establishment by our community for our community, yet there is someone taking money from our own community. Our own people. So disappointing and pathetic. Terminate this tenant at once. He is ruining your reputation.
