KBM is a commissary for food trucks they have some truck parking. There has been a lot of upgrades to to kitchen (2018-2019). It's a good place if your starting a food truck or catering business. The owner is very helpful.
Would be here more often if the owners could run a website that was updated and listed real times of business. Som of the listed vendors left months ago.
My favorite New Thai place says they open get there and they weren't
