The restaurant lights were on and there were staff in the kitchen but the dining room was closed. The pop up advertised Birria
If you’re looking for a place to slowly develop a food service or restaurant concept this is it! Kristina is very kind and extremely helpful and professional and she also understands social and digital media management. Only downside is that the space and kitchen are kind of small and dishwashing set up is manual.
This place is not open 24 hours. In fact it is almost never open because it is only open when they have a featured pop up. This happens rarely but when it does it can be pretty cool. There were times when I was impressed. I just wish they would serve coffee and pastries or anything on their downtime.
Great place, great foods and great services; at jewel in SOMA. My only regret, I didn't take a picture due to Covid19 concerns for you all. But hey, 167 11th, how could I forget that. :) xoxo
Good experience at this rotating home for innovative pop-up restaurants. Today Pincon was in the kitchen for lunch.
