City View Commissary

I have been using this commissary for my food truck business for three years. I am very satisfied with the convenience, cleanliness, spaciousness, and fair pricing. The kitchen is large, and with two dishwashers available, I’ve never had any issues sharing the space with other vendors—it’s stress-free. Since security staff regularly patrols the area, I can also leave my truck overnight with peace of mind. Although the location on Treasure Island may seem a little inconvenient, the area has been developing recently. During breaks from kitchen work, it’s nice to have nearby cafés and other activities within reach. The commissary manager also listens to feedback from tenants and works hard to make daily use more comfortable. The other vendors are all great people as well, and we often exchange business information. It feels like a real community with a very positive atmosphere.

I've been at Cityview for 2 years now and love it. The staff is friendly and there is a good camaraderie with fellow food truckers/trailer owners, caterers, chefs, and bakers. It's also the best pricing and renting options I've seen among commissaries across the Bay.

My second years with City View Commisarry and has been awesome. We lived in east bay and doing a lot of business in SF, so this is perfect location for us. They have everything you need for food truck owner like us and it’s affordable. Spacious parking lots and power wash is our favorite :). Also CJ the onsite manager is the best. Super easy to work with. The best part is to enjoy SF stunning view during sunset after hard work all day. Can’t wait for a new route to reopen.

City View is an excellent commissary! The facility is always very clean and well organized which makes operating here so smooth. CJ the manager is fantastic to work with, always professional, helpful, and responsive. Overall it is a great commissary and I highly recommend it to anyone in the food business.

Clean, spacious, well equipped, and fully gated with private security. On-site management is friendly and receptive, on-site maintenance conducts regular scheduled landscaping and general services, great communication. Booking/reserving kitchen time and space is super easy with Skedda app. Super positive experience!
