This is an excellent kitchen. We sell our products at Woodman's across Illinois and have been using this kitchen since January. It’s truly a great place with wonderful people who are focused and working harmoniously together, unlike the usual chaos found in restaurants. This is my dedicated space, so I don’t have to worry about sharing time. I have a permanent station with assigned storage, allowing me to work in a hassle-free environment.

I had come here awhile ago to inquire about the kitchen seeing as we needed a commercial kitchen for our business that was a closer location to that one we originally used. I found it a little rude that the lady showing me around told me that she wouldn’t let us work there because she’s had other Indians in the kitchen before and it smells. Sure if you want your business to have certain requirements or criteria’s, that can be stated in a respectful and professional manner. Except it was expressed in a rude, demeaning and disrespectful manner.

Thank you Suzana for all you hard work. We started with your kitchen 4 years ago and now we are moving to Texas opening our first restaurant. Thank you so much for your kindness and humanity and of course this place is great!
