We are a USDA-approved producer of DΓΆner, Gyro, and Shawarma, and Amped Kitchens Chicago has been an excellent facility for our operations. The space is clean, well-managed, and fully equipped for food production. Special thanks to Jean Paul Martinez and Maricela Salgado for their professionalism, support, and responsiveness. They made our onboarding and daily operations smooth and efficient. Highly recommended for any food business looking for a reliable commercial kitchen in Chicago.
Good luck with big truck getting there . Lot of low bridges tight streets with trees very low and cars parked both sides on streets. Just avoid it if you can .
Dock is kinda hard but take your time and you'll get it. I helped unload only because they were extremely over the top nice. Got in and out within 1 hr. Pull into the street in front of the building to avoid blindside docking.
Amped served as a great space for Planteneers to launch its R&D program in the US. Friendly and supportive staff were a huge help as we grew our business.
Wonderful and clean facility that is professionally run! The staff is very helpful and friendly in getting a small, medium and large food business off the ground. Love the privacy of my own kitchen and don't mind sharing the community areas (refrigeration, loading dock, restroom, dry storage etc). It is clean and well maintained!
