Kitchen by the Hour

We had an absolutely fantastic experience at Kitchen by the Hour, and I can't recommend it enough! From the moment we arrived, Ching, the owner, went above and beyond to make our production process smooth and enjoyable. Ching's kindness and generosity were evident throughout, and we couldn't be happier with the space and its cleanliness. The kitchen is equipped with everything you could possibly need, making it ideal for any small business. If you're in search of a top-notch commercial kitchen, look no further - this place is a hidden gem! Five stars all the way!

I have been cooking at Kitchen by the Hour for over seven months now. My area is always clean when I come in, everything works perfectly, and the owner has been very gracious to me since I’ve been cooking there. I would highly recommend Kitchen by the Hour!. One of the best commissary kitchens we have ever used! Place is always clean and there are a lot of space for prep. The owners of the place are awesome! Super accommodating, friendly and always able to deliver! Highly recommend!

Renting this commercial kitchen was so easy and affordable. We were in town for a big 5 day event and none of the co-ops wanted to take my money, much less a reservation! Chef Erin was accommodating in every way. We only had to pay rent for the time we used the space. They had refrigerator and freezer space and food service equipment available for no extra charge. She told us everything we needed to know about the Bay area traffic, shopping and services related to catering. She even loaned us her big box membership card. Don't be put off by the location. Kitchen is certified and clean. And Erin is an interesting character who will make your experience a pleasant one.

I have used this kitchen for.many years now, and some others. None compare to the professionalism of this kitchen. The owners, and kitchen manager Sonny always make sure we have everything we need to run our business to it's highest potential. They are quick to act to any situation that may arise. I will continue to use this kitchen knowing my customers will be happy to know their food comes from an establishment that cares about having high standards on food preparation.
