My experience with this place has been great. The owner, Brad is an amazing person and is very supportive of new entrepreneurs. I cannot say enough good things about him. He is truly amazing and supportive. This kitchen is clean and well maintained and organized.If I had to open up my business again, this is where I would like to go.

Upon realizing our error, we reached out to Brad, who swiftly stepped in to save the day. Not only did he promptly provide us with a new signed application, but he also went the extra mile by sharing the contact information of the health inspector we needed approval from. Thanks to his quick and efficient assistance, we avoided losing out on a substantial opportunity and potential revenue. We have nothing but praise for 1505. The pricing is fair, nice kitchen space, and Brad's dedication to supporting businesses is truly commendable. In our experience, there's simply no better place than this.
