About This Kitchen

24 Hour Kitchens is a shared kitchen rental space in the Sacramento area specializing in hourly commercial kitchen rentals for chefs, caterers, entrepreneurs, cooking classes, meal prep chefs, food trucks, bakers and specialty food producers. Founded by chef and sommelier Jeff Back with his wife Gail, the concept was developed through research and their 17 years of experience owning Back Bistro in the Palladio.

Lease options: hourly, 15 hour pre-paid discounted plan, 30 hour pre-paid discounted plan, 45 hour pre-paid discounted plan, 60 hour pre-paid discounted plan, monthly (ghost kitchen only)
Pricing: All kitchen spaces available to rent on an hourly basis with discounts for steady users. The more time you book, the less cost per hour. No monthly commitments, rent, utilities, cleaning supplies or extra charges. No deposit required. Discounted pre-paid plans available: 15, 30, 45 and 60 hour plans. One ghost kitchen space available for all inclusive monthly rate.
Availability: 24/7/365 access via electronic locks. Clients can book their time online whenever they want and up to 3 months in advance. Tours are available by appointment. Call 279-789-0945.
