I’ve been using Fulton Commons during my stay in Pittsburgh for a variety of needs, and it’s been a fantastic experience. The interiors are immaculate and thoughtfully designed, with a creative feel that makes it an inspiring place to work. Whether you need a quiet spot to focus or a more collaborative environment, the space truly delivers. Irwin has also been great to work with — responsive, accommodating, and genuinely invested in making sure everything runs smoothly. Highly recommend Fulton Commons if you’re looking for a flexible coworking solution in Pittsburgh.
I have been working out of Fulton Commons for a month and all I can say is wow! How has this hidden gem been hiding from me for all these years? When an opportunity came up to work 100% remote, I made the choice to find a place to call work, and the second I stopped here for a tour, I was sold. It’s so stylish, open, vibrant, fresh, clean, and so many more feelings & thoughts. I absolutely love working in this space, and I’m certain you would too. Stop by for a tour, and see for yourself! Irwin has been one heck of a host, too!
As an artist and freelancer I can’t even begin to describe how much I love Fulton Commons! As someone who is very attuned to the energy of a space each communal section, office and meeting room has a distinctive and engaging feel that makes you want to stay and work. When you first walk in the history of the old school house is still present and each communal space is filled with so much character. The shared kitchen has a beautiful array of teas and fresh brewed coffee for the coffee club. Fulton Commons in itself is a piece of art from unique light fixtures, repurposed doors, antique furniture, paintings and different color schemes for each section. My favorite space is the 1950’s tropical room the colors are soothing and inviting. It’s perfect for working or having a meeting with clients! My next favorite is the Wes Anderson themed room with ship art and cool colors this room is beyond gorgeous. Honestly, there is no other co working space that can even begin to compare to what they created with Fulton Commons! If you are looking for a space to work and have meetings in you have found it here!
I’ve tried out 3 different coworking spaces across different cities. This is by far the best one. Big space with good relaxing vibe. Staff is incredible. Value is great.
I spent a few days working here recently and absolutely love the space! As a consultant, I worked in tons of offices and co-working spaces and they are usually soulless and beige, cheaply designed, impractical, and/or a boring copy of 15 other spaces. In contrast, Fulton Commons feels incredibly well and thoughtfully designed. If it isn't obvious, I care and think a ton about my work environment! The space has amazing, huge windows, so there is a lot of natural light that is complimented by tasteful lighting choices. A lot of the authenticity of the original building (an elementary school) remains after renovation and then there are creatively themed rooms (think Wes Anderson movie vs stately 1890s library) that give you options for places for what kind of mood you are in that day. There is a ton of thought that went into the space and you feel it. Beyond the design all the important aspects of a co-working space exist, including, but not limited to: fast and reliable wifi, easy access to town/clients, easy parking, good security, accessible management, quiet spaces, private phone booths, client-worthy conference rooms, etc. Plus, I love that as the space grows, it is set up to have an interesting cross-functional community there that could bring together interesting thought or collaborative opportunities, or at the very least an better option than being surrounded by all business people that think exactly the way I do. All that to say that I like working at Fulton Commons and highly recommend it!
