Scratch Catering was phenomenal. From start to finish Giovanni was attentive and quick to answer any questions we had. We were sold at the tasting but truly shined at our wedding. We had shrimp cocktail and sliders for appetizers that were delicious. We knew we wanted good food to be something people talked about after and we made the right choice! I couldn’t tell you if anything ever went wrong because Gio and his staff made sure everything went smoothly.
You will not regret any part of the catering experience when you choose Scratch Catering. I was seeking a caterer and Scratch was the 5th one I called. Giovanni answered the phone, was full of energy, knowledge. I knew instantly, this would be who I picked. Went in for food sampling and I was sold! Day of the event (school gala with 220 guest), Scratch showed up. I said hello and did not have to worry about anything the entire time.
