Muscular Moving Men and Storage

I had an absolutely fantastic experience with Muscular Moving Men and Storage for my recent move from Cave Creek to Scottsdale. From my initial contact, the customer service team was incredibly responsive and answered all my questions. The moving crew were fantastic (movers Ezekiel & Mike A). They arrived precisely on time on moving day. They were professional, efficient, and extremely careful with my belongings; even my desk was packed with great care. They worked diligently as a team, tackling heavy furniture without any issues and making sure everything was placed exactly where I wanted it in my new home. The entire process was remarkably smooth, and I felt completely at ease. I would not hesitate to recommend Muscular Moving Men and Storage for anyone needing a reliable and professional moving service in the area.

A buddy said Muscular Moving Men worked miracles, and they were great! They showed up on time and got right to work...and didn't stop working until the job was done. All three of our movers were hard work and highly courteous! They got us moved quick and took good care of our furniture. Highly recommend!

We had a great move out/in experience with Muscular Moving Men! Mo, Jonathan, and Manuel were very fast and efficient for our move. They also were very patient with us and made sure we were happy with the placement of our furniture once we got to our new place. Thank you boys for your hard work! I was able to set up movers for 2 hours with only a 2 day notice which is why I went with this company. They moved a bed, 2 couches, a desk, a crib, an end table and roughly 4 bins. The new location was 1 mile down the road. They did stop across the street to pickup a fridge. I was charged for 9.5 hours of work and a $1,750 bill. I have tried to contact the company each day since the move with was 5 days ago and have not been able to reach anyone. I feel that I was taken advantage of as this was not a 9.5 hour job and there wasn’t any communication throughout of the charges. In fact, when they first arrived, one of the movers said “this is not a lot of stuff”. I understand that it could go over the allotted time, but not by 7.5 hours. I would avoid this company as there is no communication and the rate is absurd for the work.
