Excellent food service equipment supply store, from the friendly greeting to the selection and service... Christine is a rock star!!

I took my KitchenAid mixer for minor repairs. They had it for 6 months, waiting for parts. When I got it back and tried to use it, the speed lever is loose and just about impossible to slide. I now have to take it to be repaired again somewhere else.

HRI has everything you could possibly need in a kitchen, and then some! Wide selection of equipment, gadgets, and supplies. Open to the public so residential customers can shop too.

I wish I could leave no stars! we have purchased several appliance from them and they have needed serviced so much. They keep fixing the same problem without actually fixing it. We have been calling them about a repair on our fridge that they came and looked at, we needed the information to submit to the warranty center its been 3 months and we still do not have our fridge fixed, or the invoice to get it covered. there customer service is terrible!

Stopped into the retail store recently and was extremely impressed with the quality of merchandise, the selection of merchandise and the low prices. I purchased extremely high quality commericial-grade pans for less than I would have spent at other retail stores who don't even carry the quality to compare with what HRI has. I will definately return there in the future when in need of cooking/baking utensils.
