The facility offers a spacious, safe and clean space with modern appliances and 24/7 access. Annual rentals and per-use rental options are available.

Lease options: monthly, per-use, annual (minimum 1-year contract)

Pricing: Base fee $150.00 per month includes 10 hours of kitchen time, secure entry, parking, bathroom, refrigeration stove and oven use, pots and pans, and kitchen equipment. One-time security deposit $150.00. Background check $50.00 (1 person) or $75.00 (2 people). Additional hours: 11-32 hours at $20.00 per hour, 33-60 hours at $16.00 per hour. Storage available: $20.00 per month per shelf/refrigerator/freezer.

Availability: 24/7 access with coded secured entry. Reserving kitchen time is coordinated on a shared Google Calendar. Reservations are on a first-come-first-serve basis.
