The greatest shared kitchen out there. The best decision we made was to move over to ETD. The staff are EXTREMELY helpful and also ON TOP OF EVERYTHING to ensure everybody is following all policies and procedures. The kitchen equipment is well maintained at all times. The ENTIRE facility is spotless as well. I would highly recommend ETD to anyone looking for a shared kitchen or would recommend anyone to consider moving over to join the ETD family. TOP NOTCH BOTTOM LINE.

Huge fans of ETD here! They've been incredible from the beginning and early stages of my catering company, and have been helpful, flexible, and friendly along the way as we've grown! The kitchen is constantly being cleaned by their amazing sanit staff, and they have really great storage options for both cold and dry storage - so you know they can grow with you as your biz grows too! Highly recommend ETD for your shared kitchen!

I relocated to this kitchen during the pandemic and words can't describe how happy I am! Not only is the facility very clean but management was very proactive making sure they took all the proper precautions to keep their tenants and our customers safe. I was very impressed with the level of professionalism and communication exhibited by the front office. The application and transition only took a day! They even try to build the Tiny community by trying to match tenants with potential buyers. Making reservations is also seamless and very flexible as there is a real-time app so you can rent on-the-fly for last minute needs. Great kitchen all around!

One of the best shared kitchens in LIC. They are quick to respond to last minute bookings and are always flexible and they make us feel like a Community.
