Pricing: Membership costs $25/month via automated invoice plus hourly usage. Hourly Rate: $25/hour. Growth Plan: $500/month for 24 hours/month (hourly rate $20). Accelerator Plan: $900/month for 60 hours/month (hourly rate $15). Prices include all utilities, pest control, trash, cleaning supplies, WiFi, and local health department approvals.

Availability: County approved for Health Department requirements. Currently does not have a hood vent, so food production requiring frying or producing grease/smoke is not accommodated in Phase 1. Interested members can join Phase 2 waiting list.
