Commercial Kitchen 305

Order $ 16 of food to take out paid 20 cash and the tender give me 2 dollars They charge .89 cents for FEES .what is that Totally wrong and unfair

I had a wonderful experience with Maria, owner of Commercial Kitchen 305. We met to discuss possible use of the kitchen for my new business. She went above and beyond and made me feel very welcome. They have great kitchen space, well equipped with everything you need to prepare great tasting food. I recommend this business for excellent customer service and work environment. Looking forward to do business with them.

305 Kitchen is the BEST! It is super clean and neat has all the materials you need for your business. I'm a small caterer that uses this kitchen. Maria is the manager is she is wonderful, always pleasant and professional. I highly recommend this space if you are looking to expand and grow your catering business.

This place is Amazing. It was a blessing to find this place because of this beautiful kitchen we are able to have a business. The many tools and space allows us to work so comfortable, and with out a doubt we are always able to move in peace without bothering any of the other cooks. Having Maria there is always a blessing she is so kind and helps us with any questions we have. If we can't find a certain tool or can't figure out how to work one of the machines out of the wide variety that they offer, she is right there to guide us along the way. I thank God this place has been there for us since day one. You will never find a cleaner kitchen in Miami. The strict but fair clean up rules are always enforced here no one leaves clean up with out doing their share. Passing inspections are never a issue here when the inspectors come for your yearly. You can see the sparkle on the floor This place is so clean thanks commercial kitchen 305!!!!!

The owner is very rude. I called for more information and she was EXTREMELY rude and condescending. The information on the website contradicted what she gave on the phone. For example, claiming they do not offer services that are listed on the website like BEING A Commissary Kitchen and offering storage of any kind. I had to pry information out of her. Everything she told me was delivered as if she wanted to detour me from her business. She has TERRIBLE customer service and made me feel as though she didn't want my business from the beginning of the call. Thank you for confirming my experience with your response. Don't try to twist the narrative. No one should have to work that hard to get information and no customer should be spoken to in the manner that I was. I have no problem with how your business is run. (In fact, I still don't know how your business is run) I have a flexible budget and was willing to pay you whatever you requested. By the way, I'm African American love...definitely not a "Karen" lol & it's "these."
