Kessenichs has been a wonderful experience from start to finish. I just had all my equipment installed last week by them and it looks amazing! Specifically, Brian Maki has gone above and beyond what I’ve asked of him, and he does it with a smile every time!

I called in this morning to see if they had stainless steel baking sheets and was told yes they did in two different sizes. When speaking to the woman on the phone, she didn't seem to enthusiastic about me calling and asking a couple questions. When I arrived I was greeted by one of the employees and asked him if they had stainless steel baking sheets at which point he said no, they do not and only had aluminum. I mentioned to him that when I spoke to the lady on the phone she said they did have stainless steel baking sheets available in two sizes, at which point he never apologized and just wanted to make small talk. Making the trip from 30 mins away one way, I was very disappointed and don't plan on going back. Take your business somewhere else where they actually want their customers happy!

I like it here. It's just a shame that I can't return something that was out of my control. I would suggest anyone or the store check every liquid bottle so it doesn't spill onto any cooking tray that needs to be returned. Will have to now see if I can resell as I have no use for this tray.

Madison gem! Love this store & I don't own a business! Skip the big box stores & chasing sales on marked up products & buy your kitchen goods here! If I could have their appliances in my kitchen I totally would & it would be more reasonably priced than some residential appliances. My only request would be that they have just one day a week that they could be open after 5pm or on the weekend.

Came here for a strong ice cream/cookie dough scoop. My boys were loud and annoying in the store, but we were welcomed and a joke was shared to lighten the experience. Thank you for your kindness, looking forward to shopping your large selection of kitchen stuff...with less kids!
