About This Kitchen

Willy Street Co-op has two community spaces: Aubergine and a room inside the Willy West store. Both spaces are vibrant, mixed-use spaces used for classes, meetings, private rentals, and as an art gallery to showcase local artists.

Pricing & Availability

Lease options: hourly

Pricing: West Community Room: $10/hr Owners/Staff/Nonprofit, $20/hr Non-Owners, $20/hr Commercial Kitchen Use for Owners/Staff/Nonprofit, $40/hr Commercial Kitchen Use for Non-Owners. Aubergine: Additional $10/hr for piano use. All rentals: $100 deposit (credit card only). Private cooking classes: $150/hour plus $12 food costs per adult, $14+ food costs per adult premium grocery, $8 food costs per child. $50/hour travel time if off-site.

Availability: Hourly rental increments. Response time up to 3 weeks, most inquiries responded within a week. Orientation of space required prior to first use. Private cooking classes available for groups of 5-15 people, must submit request at least four weeks in advance.
