Nkwagala Concept

Drop everything and go eat at Nkwagala Concept! 😋 OK but seriously, plant eaters, meat eaters, everyone.... this is some of the best food I've had in my whole life! The flavors are mind-blowing. Like a homemade meal and the best restaurant food come together. I drove 30 mins to get it because sadly I do not live close. My faves: James Brown Salad and the Egusi! I actually ordered extra and froze it 🤣 Everything is delicious and I can't believe we don't have more amazing food like this. I've attached a bunch of photos, they are the JB salad, the Egusi, the Biko Soup and the Katogo (🤤). My preference is to eat it with rice instead of the fufu, but I know many people enjoy the fufu, I just find the flavors are yummier with rice (or just alone). Please support this restaurant instead of all those chains, one because they deserve it! and two so I can keep eating here! Thanks SO much Nkwagala, I'll be back sooooon. 😁

I was lucky to stumble across this gem. The food was amazing and Diverse I had the okra soup, It was delicious being Nigerian I had very high standards and they rose to the challenge. The okra stew was fresh and flavorful I had the foo foo made of oat, which gave it a light sweet/oatmeal taste that complements of the soup. I have buttermilk squash on the side which was a great addition to my meal it was like eating sweet potatoes but not as sweet or greasy. I followed up with her personal lemonade which was very refreshing. The meal was very filling and I look forward to trying everything in the menu

My experience here was very beautiful & I am so moved by the energy, hospitality, and souls that catered to my first time being here. The lady on the phone was very kind and inviting. I got lost while trying to find the building. Her voice and aura spoke a thousand words before I was able to place my order and meet the gentleman that came down just to make sure I was able to have my order taken. I ordered the Mac wings with cucumbers and the oh La la egusi soup. This was my first time trying Nigerian dishes and i really enjoyed the palette journey. I started with the wings & indulged in the cucumbers. I absolutely felt the love in everything that I ate. I’m a big fan of going to restaurants that serve beautiful energy that washes over you to the point where you have a miniature awakening in the process. I’ve only encountered this once in my life from cooking outside of my own. This would be the second! Amazing job! I’ll see you again soon! ~Ja’Leezia

I recently discovered this gem and I’ve been ordering almost every day since! The food is absolutely delicious!!!! fresh, flavorful, and perfectly aligned with my alkaline lifestyle. It’s rare to find a place that not only tastes amazing but also leaves you feeling energized and nourished. I also really appreciate how responsive and kind the owners are—they always answer the phone quickly and make the ordering process so easy. This spot has truly become a staple in my routine. Highly recommend!!!!!! Right now now I’m addicted to the akara and the jollof… the bbq sauce is 🔥🔥🔥 too and i also love how many customizations can be done to ur meal! Yum
