Amped Kitchens operates multiple premium food production facilities in Los Angeles, including L.A. North (opened 2015 as L.A. Prep, renamed 2018) and L.A. South (opened 2019). The facilities accommodate over 100 pre-approved state-of-the-art food production spaces ranging from 130 to 18,000 square feet, with support for gluten-free, kosher, organic, and third-party certifications.
