Spindle Kitchen

Spindle kitchen is the top commissary in denver for small culinary businesses looking to grow! Stephen the manager is always helpful looking to improve and help any business grow. The facility is the cleanest commissary I have seen in town with a great group of tenants that are always willing to help each other out. We were there for 1 year and a half for our catering commissary and did a lunch time pop up to the other businesses in the building. It is because of this unique facility we were able to test out our restaurant concept before we moved into our brick and mortar location. Spindle kitchen really helped us transition to having our own space.

Spindle Kitchen was a great place for us to bake when we were starting out. We had toured a few other kitchens and they just didn't feel right, we knew the minute we went to Spindle it was the perfect fit. Stephen is always helpful and has been so supportive. The building is great and the staff in the offices are always friendly and would buy cookies from us every time they smelled them. We feel so lucky to have found Spindle.

This kitchen is awesome to work in. 1. It’s CLEAN!! 2. You get the kitchen all to yourself 3. Scheduling is easy 4. Rent is reasonable 5. Most kitchen supplies is provided (baking sheets, blender, mixer, food processor, bowls and ect.) 6. The owner is fantastic to work with. He is available if you have any questions or concerns. 7. You can sell your product out of the kitchen to the 50+ staff members that work in the building.

Spindle is a great kitchen! It’s spacious and CLEAN. It’s a single usage kitchen so when you book hours, you don’t overlap with anyone else. You have the entire kitchen to yourself, to do what you need to do.

This was the best kitchen I've ever worked in. Clean and full of interesting, respectful and kind residents. Both the community and the accommodations made it a winning experience.
