Absolutely incredible facilities! If you are looking for a clean, highly accessible, accommodating, and top of the line facility to operate your food business out of, look no further. I was one of the first tenants of this kitchen, and although I have moved to Florida, I still recommend David and Faye. I can't say enough about them, or this space. I wish we had facilities here in Sarasota of this caliber. Thank you for the great memories!
Clean and spacious kitchen. You got a whole quite space for your shift. Got everything I need for prepping, cooking and cleaning. Most importantly, it offers the most affordable rent rate that you cannot find elsewhere in Colorado. David, a kitchen owner, has been always actively answering all my questions and trying his best to firgure out solution to meet my needs. Highly recommended kitchen.
See update after — Very nice! I love the location, the staff are professional and helpful, and I am very pleased with their facilities and level of support. ——- UPDATE: I am sad to say I had to change my review. I was only able to use the kitchen about 3-4 times over several months renting for hundreds (not their fault), and although I twice had to clean a sink backsplash after the previous user and even had to report to them someone had left a stove on unattended when I first walked in one day, and even though I paid hundreds and hundreds of dollars even though I brought my own equipment and rarely used theirs, and I was friendly and responsible and only took one shelf (I forgot to throw something away once on the shelf - full disclosure, no one is perfect), and I paid everything I needed to and even let them keep my deposit when my husband’s illness and mother’s passing put a pause on our business, when we were ready again several months later, the owner wouldn’t allow me any new kitchen time saying he had payment issues with us before (which surprised me - that was only one time and only about a week late, and during a pandemic and in this kind of industry, isn’t that common? And I let them know ahead of time on top of it.) Well, I guess “it’s just business”, I suppose, but not community-minded or empathetic at all, and not good business as more customers were just starting to make requests. Faye and Edison were so kind, however. Well, here’s my vote after having had a full experience. Sad. Beautiful facilities.
We’ve been happy tenants of Denver Kitchen Share since the day it opened. There are no comparable facilities in the Denver metro area. They have always been extremely accommodating and we have always been treated fairly. Denver Kitchen Share is a valued partner and a great solution for our company.
This company was recommended to me by a friend. However the owner was rather rude and not accommodating in coordinating a phone call about storage questions. I was disappointed with the communication.
