About This Kitchen
Prep Kitchen-CLE is a shared-use and incubator kitchen based in the Flats of downtown Cleveland designed to help meet production needs for food businesses, caterers, and entrepreneurs. The kitchen provides a full array of chef and prep equipment and offers three rental spaces: the Chef's Kitchen, the Prep Kitchen, and the Chef's Table. The purpose is to help small businesses succeed while bringing people together through food.
