The cheapest prices anywhere on the web. I know this because I searched for the best prices on the internet for hours. No one compared. I bought 2 large items from them. Excellent customer service! When we began the construction on our wedding and event venue we were advised to look into working with Serv-U. This was one of the best decisions we made in the process! We had the need to plan, design and outfit multiple bar areas and one high end warming kitchen. We worked exclusively with Jill and she was such a blessing on our journey. Her vast knowledge of their products was fantastic. Even more important was her knowledge of health department requirements, efficient use of spacing and her responsiveness to our needs. Serv-U is always my first choice for my restaurant needs. The staff is always helpful. The delivery team has always been friendly and efficient. I prefer to support another local small business whenever I can. That's why I started buying there - the service is why I continue buying there.

Totally not happy with this company. Waited 9 months for our bar stools to come in and told they were finally in. We ordered 32 and were told they had 31. Not true. We drove 175 miles each way and we only got 18.

When our school district remodeled the FCS kitchen and upgraded from homestyle kitchens to commercial, we were encouraged to use a local vendor. Needless to say our experiences with Serv-U have been less than positive. Upon delivery of a stove, it was dropped and dented. While a new stove was provided, it was not done without a hassle. With this remodel occurring during COVID school shut downs and remote learning, several appliances were delayed and while a purchase date of May 2020 appeared on the PO, these appliances were not installed and put into use until 6 months after that date. Prior to using the 3 ranges, I contacted ServU for a recommendation on who to have come look at the ranges to make sure they were properly hooked up to the gas line. This occurred in Oct of 2020. By Dec of 2020 one of the ovens quit working. It had been used less than 10 times. Calls to resolve the issue were not returned and COVID led to our school to return to remote learning,putting off any follow up on repairs.By Oct of 2021 all three ovens quit working as a result of not being properly installed by the technician recommended by the manufacturer. Serv U nor the manufacturer would stand by this product and with the appliances in use less than 12 months, $4000 of repairs were needed. In Feb of 2022, the freezer that was purchased under the same PO quit working. With this being the 4th appliance purchased from ServU that has quit working in less than 2 years, there is no way I would recommend this business. They do not stand behind the products they sell, and the overall customer service experience is subpar.
