I’ve been super impressed with Nimbus. The kitchens are truly state-of-the-art — clean, modern, and really well set up for all kinds of food businesses. Their onsite staff is incredibly helpful and friendly, which makes a big difference when you’re juggling a lot. Storage is also really well organized, which helps keep everything running smoothly. And honestly, you can’t beat the location if you’re in Brooklyn. Highly recommend Nimbus and their amazing team — they’ve built something really special here.

Nimbus is the perfect production spot! The space is very clean and efficient, perfect for getting work done. Especially for small business owners, I really appreciate how welcoming and supportive the environment is. The team is super friendly and helpful. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a productive and positive workspace!

The perfect commissary kitchen if you like fruit flies in your kitchen , no toilet paper in the bathroom, and grime everywhere — for prices that would make even the greediest landlord blush. As a tenant of over 1.5 years, I beg you: please, please, please look elsewhere if you need kitchen space. (Just to clarify in response to the Nimbus' reply below: these photos were not taken "mid-shift"; they were almost exclusively end of day, when we were in the kitchen. Nimbus does not clean consistently during the day. They expect members -- most of them new and inexperienced -- to do so, but there's little to no consequence if they don't. Nimbus supervisors -- and there have been many -- are almost always MIA and certainly not themselves cleaning. The cleaning, as it were, was done overnight by one person -- for a facility that is thousands of square feet. And indeed we did break our lease, after many, many, many failures by Nimbus to provide the services they agreed to provide. And the price for our 150 sq ft kitchen was $8,500. You'll have to forgive a new business for not being able to pay that amount. But like they say, go see for yourself.)

I've hosted a few events at the events space and show kitchen at Nimbus, and it’s honestly one of the best setups I’ve come across. The space is beautiful—super clean, well-equipped, and perfect for any chef looking to run a popup or private dinner. The staff is always incredibly helpful, both when I'm on-site and even when I reach out with questions beforehand. Big thanks to the Nimbus team for being so supportive and making the whole process smooth every time. Highly recommend if you're a chef or event host looking for a solid, professional venue.
