The Hive is wonderful! The commercial kitchen and event space are great for hosting private events and small businesses looking to grow. The owner, Brittnay, is incredibly nice, accommodating, honest and fair. This is a fantastic event space!!

UPDATE: The Hive's response states that this matter arose from the dissolution of a separate business relationship. However, that business has never been formally dissolved. My former business partner abandoned the company, ceased participation in operations, and left me responsible for ongoing business obligations, including lease payments, vendor accounts, software subscriptions, and other expenses. The response also states that efforts were made to resolve disputes regarding equipment. For more than two years, I have repeatedly requested information regarding business assets and equipment and have retained documentation of those requests. Despite those efforts, the matter remains unresolved and is now being addressed through legal counsel. I agree with one thing stated in The Hive's response: this matter should be resolved through the appropriate legal channels. That is exactly what is now happening. My review reflects my personal experience and concerns regarding unresolved business assets and the handling of property connected to my former business. I stand by my request for accountability and a proper resolution. Future updates will be handled through the legal process. Original: I rented a space in the catering kitchen at the Hive and they are refusing to return my equipment after my lease termination. I am a small business owner who cannot afford to lose money on expensive refrigerators, storage racks, and all cookware. My lease was over in September and I have yet to be given an opportunity to retrieve my things, it is now January 31 (4 months later). I have reached out via text, email, and Facebook with no response. I can see that another company is using my refrigerators, as seen in the photo attached. The company "Pure Meal Prep" has labeled our refrigerators as theirs and is using our cooking equipment, racks, scale, delivery bags, and more.
