I like shopping for my home kitchen items at commercial restaurant supply stores. The store I usually go to was out of stock on quarter-sized sheet pans, so I decided to check out Mission. My visit was so fabulous, I'll be sure to come here again next time I need kitchen equipment. The stock was good, good quality, well organized, and at reasonable prices. My sense is that they maybe had fewer SKUs than some of the other places I've been, but I thought they were well stocked with the items I'd be interested in. The staff couldn't have been nicer. They were glad to let me browse around. They talked about how more restaurants are using sheet pans for serving and so that's why they sell out more. I shared a recent photo I took of nachos from a local BBQ restaurant served in a sheet pan. Then we all bonded over how awesome that particular restaurant is. So, I had a great time and I got the pans I needed.

My fiancé Adrian and I just picked up some last minute items for our new bar City Limits and we were beyond impressed by this store. The store had everything we needed and the customer service was fantastic. Everyone we spoke to was so friendly, knowledgeable and willing to help us with anything we needed. Will be our go-to for all our future needs!

Service is ok (from bad to average, depending on the technician); but their scheduler, Jessica, is the worst. She never picks up the phone and, if you leave a voice mail, she doesn’t return your calls. I left a voice mail last week, didn’t hear back from her, and today I was finally able to speak with her. She told me they decided not to service the type of equipment I own anymore. When I asked her why she didn’t let us know they decided to make the change, her response was “I don’t have time to do that”. Stay away
