Truly an experience to be had if in the commercial kitchen industry. I never worked in a commercial kitchen before here and I've been here now 8 years!! There is great communication and a family vibe throughout. Thank you not only to the management but to the fellow tenants who make this place feel like home. I own Shaved Ice Island, a dessert truck here in Austin. I contacted Manon's to get started because a commissary is required for mobile food vendors. But what I found was a clean, professional environment and a group of friendly, hard-working people who all want each other to succeed! Everyone here helped taste test when I was experimenting with various recipes (especially Horchatas and Picadillys!) I will definitely be using Manon's for all of my future food-related endeavors.
