I am looking into a food trailer and have to have a commissary membership to order to pass health codes. I, being completely uniformed on the process, I called CKFA in fear that I may be able to do my idea because of the cost of this requirement. Being human I was also not looking forward to discussing terms, amounts, and kitchen lingo considering I have zero experience in the subject. "Travis" answered the phone and it was one of the most pleasant ,professional conversations I could have had. He put me completely at ease and explained they had options for someone me (that needs the kitchen on a very, very limited basis.) After the call I felt I completely understood my options and if Travis is any indication they are a first class operation. He sent personally sent me pics of individual space for storage, that allowed over the phone meeting to see the actual area they provided. He even went the extra mile and got pricing for a "month to month" program to store my trailer if I decide to purchase it. I can not due justice to how easy it was to work with Travis and how comfortable he mad me feel, during what could have been a complicated process. He was a true professional.
